Asianbows BAIRU – The Power of the Assyrian Hunter
A name with history. "Bairu" comes from Assyrian and means "hunter". By choosing this bow you are not just buying a piece of equipment, but a special piece of sporting gear that unites tradition with modern bow-making technology. The BAIRU is a true Asianbows original, developed for archers seeking precision and character.
Stability meets dynamics: hardwood & bamboo
The BAIRU is built for longevity and speed. A stable core of selected hardwood forms the backbone, while powerful bamboo limbs covered with high-quality fibreglass laminate provide an arrow-fast yet butter-smooth draw.
Choose your finish: black or clear lacquer
The BAIRU adapts to your style. Choose between two high-quality finishes:
Deep black: Simple, tactical and focused. The matt black finish gives the bow a modern look that puts the focus squarely on performance.
Clear lacquer (visible wood laminations): The choice for aesthetes. The transparent finish reveals the handwork: the fine grain of the bamboo and the colour of the hardwood core come into their own.
Individual design: your coloured core
Make the BAIRU your personal one-off. The coloured accents in the profile of the hardwood core (especially visible in the clear lacquer version) are available in: natural, red, dark brown or black.
Exceptional draw length up to 33 inches
Archers with a long draw will love the BAIRU: it draws super smoothly up to 33 inches. With a brace height of 20 cm, it is also extremely forgiving and absolutely steady on the shot.
High-performance grip for full control
Instead of leather, the BAIRU uses a special performance grip tape (tennis-grip technology). It offers superior grip, absorbs moisture perfectly and guarantees maximum control on every release.
